·       Food starch
·       Butter
·       Flour

How to prepare?
The very first thing that you need to do is make a mixture out of the flour and butter. This should be followed with the combining of the low sodium chicken broth and the food starch together. The next step should be to include the mixture of butter and flour. 
You have to continuously stir the gravy over medium heat till the time it comes to the boiling. Once it gets boiled, you need to reduce the heat and simmer for around 10 minutes. You can add the smoke flavor available in the market and keep stirring until it gets a smooth finish.
Your chicken gravy is ready to be served with your chicken fries or chicken roasts. If you refrigerate it properly stored in  a tight container, it can be used for a few days.
