Easy to cook chicken salad


1-tablespoon canola oil
3 tablespoons fresh lemon juice
1-tablespoon fresh ginger
2-cup canola mayonnaise
4 garlic cloves, minced
1/3 cup finely chopped celery
3/4 teaspoon salt,
1/2 cup dries mango chutney
1/2 teaspoon ground red pepper
1 cup fully chopped red onion
4 bone-in chicken breast halves,
1 full cup seedless green grapes


For marinate put chicken to a zip-top plastic bag with 1 tablespoon fresh ginger, 1 tablespoon canola oil, 4 garlic cloves. Mix it with 3/4 teaspoon salt and refrigerate it for 2hours. 

After that prepare grill at medium high heat. Place the marinated chicken on the grill, add little oil with a brush and cooked until one side get brown. Turn the other side and again cook 20minites. Now chicken is cooked properly. Remove chicken from bones and place it on a bowl. Add other ingredients to the bowl and toss gently. Serve this chicken salad with mango chutney.
