Milano chicken pasta

Pasta chicken is a wholesome filling meal for all and does not require too much effort. One can easily cook delicious chicken pasta flavoured with classic tomatoes, garlic and loads of butter.
Milano chicken pasta


Garlic- 2 cloves minced
Butter- 1 table spoon
Chicken broth- 1 cup
Heavy cream- 1 cup
Boneless chicken breast- 1 pound
Salt and pepper as per your taste
Vegetable oil- 2 table spoon
Basil, fresh- 2 table spoon
Pasta- 10 ounce
Fresh baby tomatoes chopped into half- 1 cup


Melt the butter in a saucepan and then cook the garlic thoroughly in it for thirty seconds. Add the tomatoes and half the chicken broth. Let the broth boil and the tomatoes cook in it. Add the cream to this broth and stir it in and ensure that the mixture is thick. Rub the chicken with salt and pepper on both the surface and then warm oil and sauté the chicken in it. Make sure that it is not pink inside and thoroughly cooked on both the sides. Add the sauce you have prepared earlier, and also basil. Cut the chicken into small chunks and cover the pasta with this preparation.
