Honey chicken

Honey can add flavour to any recipe to which it is being added. Chicken glazed with honey tastes perfect for your lunch and dinner when served hot.


Lemon juice, fresh- 2 table spoon
½ cup honey
¾ cup of orange juice
1 tea spoon curry powder
¼ cup of extra virgin olive oil
½ tea spoon of paprika
Salt and ground pepper to taste
4 skinless de-boned chicken breast halves


Marinate the chicken along with honey, salt, oil, pepper, lemon juice, curry powder and paprika such that the chicken is well coated with the marinade. Store it within a closed dish overnight. In the preheat oven at 350F bake the chicken along with the marinade for 25 minutes, turning the chicken breast over in the meantime to ensure they are thoroughly cooked. The juices should run clear as an indication that the chicken has been thoroughly cooked. Use a lightly greased dish for the baking purpose and do not discard the marinade which is left over.
