Healthy pasta with chicken and white sauce

Pasta with chicken and white sauce is a delicious full meal food, which you can serve easily at dinner or lunch time. The recipe is also easy to cook. 

Healthy pasta with chicken and white sauce


1 packet pasta
4 table spoon oil
4 cube butter
2 cube cheese for test
1 glass (200ml) milk
4 table spoon flour
1 full bowl seasonal vegetables
½ bowl boiled chicken
2 tea spoon salt
2 table spoon green and red chili
2 teaspoon garlic and ginger paste


1)    For white sauce:  Heat the pan on medium heat and add butter and flour. Cook the flour until it looks slightly brown. Then add the milk. Wait for 10 to 15 minutes until the mixture get thick. Now the pasta white sauce is ready.

2)    For pasta mixture: First boil the pasta properly.  Take a pan and add oil. Fry garlic and ginger paste properly and then add half boiled chicken. Add other vegetable and ingredients, cooked until the whole mixture is fried properly. Then add paste with this mixture and toss properly.

Mix the pasta mixture with white sauce and serve with grated cheese.
