Grilled chicken with vegetables

Grilled chicken is light on the stomach and delicious at the same time. The additional nutrition of the vegetable makes it a wholesome meal for children to adults.

Grilled chicken with vegetables


  • ·         Dried oregano- 1 tea spoon
  • ·         Salt and pepper to taste
  • ·         6 boneless chicken breasts cut into halves
  • ·         Cumin seed powdered- 1 tea spoon
  • ·         Garlic and onion powder- 2 tablespoon
  • ·         Capsicum- green and red- cut into strips
  • ·         Onions- 2 large chopped
  • ·         Carrots- 1 medium diced


Put all the seasoning in a flat bowl and add the chicken to it. set it aside and let the marinade sip in for at least half an hour. In an frying pan, put some olive oil and stir fry the onions, carrots and capsicum unless they are thoroughly cooked.
Wrap the seasoned chicken in a foil and grill it for half an hour in the microwave. Turn the breast pieces over after 15 minutes so that both the sides are thoroughly cooked. Add the vegetables as well and microwave for another 5 minutes and serve it hot.
