Grilled chicken in Lebanese style


Chicken- boneless and breast meat- 4
Curd- 1 cup
Onion- chopped- 1 cup
Milk- ½ cup
Cheese- ½ cup
Butter- 1 tablespoon
Plain flour- ½ cup
Mustard powder- 1 tablespoon
Salt and pepper to taste


Marinade the chicken with the curd, mustard powder and salt for 15 minutes. Slice the onion and keep it aside. Prepare white sauce with the milk, butter, cheese, sugar, flour whisked together. Make sure that there is no lump formation in the sauce and when it becomes thick add it to the chicken. The gravy should become thick enough while you boil it on the pan. The preparation is perfect for being main dish and it is perfect on its own or with rice or other staples. The dish taste good when served hot as well as cold
