Chicken legs - 6 pieces
2 teaspoon Oil
1 teaspoon Corn flour
½ spoon Lemon juice
1table spoon Curd
1teaspoon Soya sauce
1tspoon Black pepper powder
2teaspoon Ginger garlic paste
1teablespoon properly Chopped coriander leaves
1/2 tablespoon Turmeric powder
¾ teaspoon Salt taste
1/4tspoon Clove and cinnamon powder
1/4tspoon Green chili paste


For marination cut the chicken legs slightly and add salt, card, garlic ginger paste, Clove and cinnamon powder, chili paste, soya sauce, corn flour and a little amount of turmeric powder. Mix them all properly and refrigerate it for 1 hour.

Take a pan, add oil and cook the marinated chicken until the juice came out. Wait for 15 minutes. When the chicken cooked properly add other ingredients such as lemon juice, black pepper powder etc. Toss well and serve with coriander leaves. This recipe is perfect for tiffin time.
