Cheesy chicken wraps with tortillas





Wraps are perfect for a filling meal and when filled with chicken they are exceptional. The chicken and tortilla combination is also perfect for a quick dinner.

 

Ingredients:

Chicken breast meat cut into thin slices ½ pound
Butter- 1 tablespoon
Garlic minced- 1 teaspoon
Cumin and chilli powder- 1 tea spoon each
Cream cheese- 3 ounces
¼ cup of sour cream
Diced tomatoes and chopped green chillies- 1 cup
Green onions- sliced
4 flour tortillas
Avocado, olives and salsa sliced and ripe




Directions:

Heat the butter and sauté the chicken in the frying pan until it is no longer pink. Add the chillies, tomatoes, garlic, cumin, and stir them until they are thoroughly heated. Beat the cream cheese, sour cream, in a bowl until they are blended altogether. Stir the chicken and tomatoes in it. Take this mixture and equally divide it on the four tortillas and wrap them up and secure with a toothpick. Keep the salsa as a dip on the side for the wraps.
